Seth Kaswan

Seth Kaswan is an Associate at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC in its San Diego, California office. Seth attended California State University, Sacramento, earning his Bachelor of Arts in General Communications in 2017. Seth then graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2022 and was licensed by the State Bar of California in 2022. 

While in law school, Seth worked as a teaching assistant in criminal procedure. Seth competed in an intra-school alternative dispute resolution competition, earning second place along with his competition partner. 

Before working at McCoy Leavitt Laskey, LLC, Seth worked as a Public Defender for Tulare County where he learned how to aggressively and passionately defend clients. 

During his free time, Seth is a video gamer, golfer, and martial artist. Seth has earned his fourth-degree black belt in Taekwondo and has personally instructed multiple world champions in Taekwondo.
