Erica R. Karch

Erica Karch is an associate at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC. Erica attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for her undergraduate education and received a degree in psychology. Erica is a recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she focused on alternative dispute resolution and litigation. Erica also received her paralegal certificate in 2009 and was working as a paralegal up to her graduation from law school. For nine years, Erica worked at a firm which practiced subrogation and insurance defense nationwide where she gained valuable experience in all stages of litigation. Her experience in both insurance defense and subrogation allows her to bring a holistic perspective to her current practice.

Outside of work, Erica is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time with her family.
