Chet A. Alderete

Chet defends lawsuits in the areas of medical and professional malpractice, products liability, premises liability, and industrial accidents, including those within the oil and gas industry.  Chet has extensive civil jury trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout the state of New Mexico.  Chet’s practice focuses on lawsuits involving catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, and catastrophic property damage.  Chet utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, jury consultants, and expert witnesses to successfully defend these cases through trial. 

Chet is a graduate of Baylor University (2003) and the University of New Mexico School of Law (2008). 

In his free time, Chet enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with his kids.
